What began as a small, family-run brokerage in Winnipeg has grown into a trusted name across Western Canada, and we’ve stayed proudly independent and locally owned every step of the way. Over the years we’ve expanded thoughtfully rather than quickly, opening in Alberta in 2024 and British Columbia in 2025. Today Coughlin is a modern, growth-focused brokerage with offices in Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia, and a team that handles everything from a first-time driver’s policy to complex commercial programs. Through all of it, the founding philosophy hasn’t budged: Strong relationships, practical advice, and doing what’s right for the people we serve.
